Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Justrix ("Justrix", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit justrix.in (the "website") or contact us. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

We collect what you choose to give us, basic technical data needed to run the website, and, only if you allow it, ad measurement data:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, what you're interested in, and the message you write.
  • Email and WhatsApp: the details and messages you send us directly.
  • Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, used briefly to deliver the website and to block spam and abuse.
  • How you found us: if you arrive from one of our ads or campaign links, we note which one (for example "instagram, launch campaign") and save it with your enquiry. This stays in your browser for that visit only and isn't a tracking cookie.
  • Ad measurement, only with your permission: see section 3.

We don't ask for sensitive information. Please don't include confidential or sensitive details in the contact form.

2. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
  • To discuss, quote for and deliver the services you ask about.
  • For creators who contact us: to consider you for influencer campaigns.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
  • If you allow it, to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries (see section 3).
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

By submitting the contact form or writing to us, you consent to us using your details for these purposes. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't send marketing messages without your permission.

3. Cookies and ad measurement

We advertise on Instagram and Facebook. To measure those ads, we'd like to use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and sends Meta details of your visit (such as pages viewed and your browser and IP address). We ask first: the pixel only loads if you choose Allow in the banner, and nothing is sent to Meta if you choose No thanks.

If you allow it and then send the contact form, we also tell Meta that an enquiry was made, through both the pixel and Meta's Conversions API. With that we share a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your email address and phone number, so Meta can match the enquiry to an ad you saw without receiving them in readable form. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Email delivery providers that pass contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Productivity tools we use to store and manage enquiries (for example, email and spreadsheets).
  • Meta Platforms, for ad measurement, only if you allow it (see section 3).

These providers may store data outside India. Where they do, we choose reputable providers and rely on their security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you can:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you; and
  • raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it isn't resolved.

To use any of these rights, email hello@justrix.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top. See also our Terms of Use.
