The problem
Most small clinics still book on the phone and in a register. Patients wait on hold, the front desk double-books, and nobody knows how full tomorrow is until tomorrow.
How we approached it
- One booking flow for patients: pick a doctor, a day and a free slot, then confirm with a name and phone number.
- A clinic dashboard that shows the day's queue, who has checked in and what's next.
- Bookings made by patients appear on the dashboard straight away.
